Community By-Laws

Rules and regulations for Villa Casablanca residents.

The community by-laws establish the rules and expectations for all residents of Villa Casablanca. These by-laws are designed to ensure a harmonious living environment, protect property values, and maintain the high standards of our community. All lot owners and tenants are required to comply with these by-laws.

Noise

Residents must keep noise to reasonable levels, particularly between 10 pm and 7 am. This includes music, televisions, and power tools.

Pets

Pets must be approved by the body corporate. Dogs must be kept on a leash in common areas and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals.

Parking

Vehicles must be parked in designated spaces only. Visitor parking is available on a short-term basis. Boats, trailers, and caravans may not be stored on common property.

Renovations

All renovations and modifications to lots that affect the external appearance or common property require prior written approval from the body corporate.

Common Areas

Common areas including the pool, gym, and gardens are shared spaces. Residents must leave these areas clean and tidy after use and follow any posted rules.
